On the small disc is well visible a white patch (indicated by lines) whose coordinates, measured in WinJupos, show a good match with the Ellington area position.

The IR image shows the same albedo features in the same position of my report of July 10 - hence there's no reason to question their physical reality, and I have identified a few.

On the left, with the colour cam, the image shows quite affordably what I saw at the eyepiece. In the overprocessed version you can find the same albedo features of the IR image.
