On the left image, the clouds of Venus clearly visible in ultraviolet light. In the center, the planet as it appears through the eyepiece, with the clouds having a very pale yellow colour. Finally, on the right, the planet in infrared light shows the bottom layer clouds, which generally have very low contrast.
One of my best images of Venus, taken in ultraviolet light, where the planet shows the complexity of cloud patterns.
The IR clouds appear extremely contrasty in this image, while in UV they seem to show the Venusian Y, rather distorted.
